Tilly: Cartoon Story & Minigames is designed for children from 1 to 9 years old. The App Store rates it 4+, and Google Play rates it PEGI 3. Controls are simple taps and swipes, no reading is required, and all content — cartoons, games, and stories — is created specifically for this age group by the Mioris team.
What safe screen time means
Everything your child sees in Tilly is made for children: there are no ads, no chats, no social features, and no user-generated content. The app encourages active play — helping characters, solving small tasks — rather than endless passive watching.
All purchases go through the App Store or Google Play, so the store's built-in parental controls and purchase confirmations always apply.
Free content and Tilly Premium
The app is free to download and includes free cartoons, games, and stories. The optional Tilly Premium subscription costs $4.99 per month or $19.99 per year and unlocks the full library. A single cartoon can also be unlocked for $1.99. Subscriptions are managed and cancelled in your App Store or Google Play account settings at any time.
